EagleView offers many products to a variety of industries. To gain a clear understanding of the business landscape and help prioritize work, I gathered data on their users and revenue broken down by product and industry.
This data helped identify top performers and outliers. It also could be used as a baseline for comparison, helping us gauge improvement after changes were made.
