Adaptive Insights, now part of Workday, offered financial planning and analysis solutions to enterprise organizations.
Dashboards were a legacy solution with an outdated time structure system. After receiving feedback from users that the time structure model was confusing to work with, I developed a simpler and more concise model. The naming conventions alone made a significant improvement over the legacy system. The following requirements document displays the context and changes to the model to improve ease of use.
