Product Guide: MarCom Publishing (CMS)

Apple provides online resources for their Marketing Communications teams around the globe. I helped implement the content management system (CMS) intended to unite all the homegrown systems each team had created over the years into a central and uniform solution.

I created a product guide to help content contributors learn the new system with a particular sensitivity to change management as it was a significant shift from their homegrown solutions.

The following document is an excerpt from the Contributor Guide describing best practices for naming assets and files. It outlines a company-wide standard to aid consistency and ease of use.
