MoneyStream’s personal bill management solution not only showed spending habits and details, it also helped track upcoming bills and highlighted potential cashflow issues.
You can imagine the significance of clarity when it came to the state of each bill. Do you pay it manually or is it set up for autopay? Is the due date upcoming or is it taken care of? Are any bills overdue? As a result, the project team paid particular attention to push notifications, visual state indicators and precise verbiage.
Status indicators could be seen in the context of a particular bill as well as in a calendar indicating payment schedules. I’ve included a few examples of documentation I created to cover all instances required in the system.
